WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Ace Pickleball Co. stands behind all of its products with a warranty policy to match.
To register your paddle, you may fill out our Registration Form within 14 days of purchase.
If you are experiencing any issues with your paddle and would like to discuss a return or exchange, please reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org
Each customer will have 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to return an item. All items must be new/unused and contain all original packaging (including plastic wrap) and accessories to receive full credit. Items not in a resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Ambassadors are only eligible for returns if there is a manufacturing defect.
All paddles have a Limited 90 Day Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle.
Registration is required to be eligible for the warranty policy.
Paddles should be registered within the first 14-days of purchase.
Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase is required (bank & credit card statements can be used).
Customer will be responsible for a $10 shipping charge on their replacement paddle.
Ace Pickleball Co. may exercise the right to judge and determine whether a paddle is covered by our warranty and whether to replace it.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence.
Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing.
Fading of graphics.
Hitting other objects (other than the pickleball) such as the ground or other paddles (this can weaken the paddle or loosen the trim).
Not being the original purchaser
Buying from a non authorized Ace Pickleball Co. dealer
